It all started…
My journey with Yoga began nearly 9 years ago to simply reduce stress and connect to my body. Through a consistent practice, yoga has enriched my life with balance, focus, strength and empowerment to become closer to my true, authentic self.
My goal as a yoga teacher and wellness facilitator is to inspire my students to embrace the transformational path that yoga offers in a way that empowers them to embody their true self and live authentically by offering practices that are accessible and manageable for all of life’s seasons.
The style of yoga I offer is Holistic Hatha, suitable for students of all levels and includes Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation, Mantras, Mudras and more for a whole body experience!
I studied with and received my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training Certification from the Body Mind Soul School ()Yoga Alliance accredited academy) led and ran by my teacher, Allie Van Fossen with whom I’ve practiced with for over 8 years. I received my certification in January 2024 and am a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.
