Salon Policies

Any Canceling or Rescheduling of appointments MUST be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged a $25 last-minute cancellation fee to the card on file or must be paid prior to your next visit.

Any SAME DAY Cancellations and/or No Shows will result in being charged 50% of the appointment cost to the card on file.

To book an appointment, you MUST have a valid credit card on file within the private, secure booking system.

Tardiness of 15 min or more with no notification will be considered a No Call/No Show and the appointment will need to be cancelled. Cancellation policy will be applied! Please call or text immediately if you are running late! We will try to accommodate you within the time remaining if possible.

No one under the age of 18 can receive lash enhancements without parental consent and must be at least 16 years of age to receive services.

While we love children, we respectfully request NO children while you are receiving a service. This is to ensure your technician can then concentrate 100% on you and your treatment. It is against health and safety obligations to have children in the guest waiting lounge unsupervised. If you arrive with your children without prior discussion, your treatment may be refused. Additionally, we cannot assume liability of anyone other than the person getting the treatment and request that you do not bring along any other guests to your appointment. Thank you for your consideration, cooperation and understanding.

NO REFUNDS! All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a fix free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
